Day 01 – Arrive Delhi
Namaste! We are warmly welcomed the traditional Indian way with hands clapped together. After immigration and custom formalities, we are transferred to the hotel.
Day 02 – Delhi
Morning sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting the Raj Ghat – the memorial at the site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, Jama Mosque – the largest Mosque in India and the Red Fort – Once the most opulent fort and palace of the Mughal Empire. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of New Delhi visiting the Humayun’s Tomb, the Qutab Minar, drive along the ceremonial avenue – Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House and President’s Residence and end the tour with a drive through Diplomatic Enclave. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 – Delhi – Corbett National Park
Morning after breakfast, drive to Corbett National Park (approx. 230Kms / 05 hours). Jim Corbett National Park is located in the state of Uttarakhand. The national park lies in the foothills of the Himalayas. Corbett Tiger reserve covers an area of about 1318.54 sq. km. including 520 sq. km. of core area and 797.72 sq. km. of buffer area. The core area forms the Jim Corbett National Park while the buffer contains reserve forests (496.54 sq.km.) as well as the Sonanadi Wildlife Sanctuary (301.18 sq.km.). It is a haven for Tigers as well as its prey, which include four kinds of Deer, Wild Boar and some lesser-known animals. Leopards are mostly found in the hilly areas of the Corbett Park. Some nocturnal cats found here are the Leopard Cat, Jungle Cat and Fishing Cat. Sloth Bear is found in the lower regions of the park while the Himalayan Black Bear is seen in the higher hills only. The Dole or Wild Dog, though they can be seen in the southern areas of the park along with the Jackal. Some of the smaller residents of the park are Himalayan Palm Civet, Indian Gray Mongoose, Common Otter, Black Naped Hare and Porcupine. Elephants are among one of the main attractions of Jim Corbett Park. Along the Ramganga River shores, one can spot the long-snouted, fish-eating Gharial Crocodile and the ‘Mugger’ Crocodile.

Day 04 – Corbett National Park
Morning and afternoon safari through the national park. Evening is free for relaxation and individual activities. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 – Corbett National Park – Dhikala
Early morning after breakfast meet with representative, briefing and depart for the Dhikala forest Lodge. Enter through the Dhangari gate and enroute visit the Gharial pool, Champion road and High Bank (These are great observation points on the Ramganga River). Arrive at Dhikala by lunch. Post lunch game drive to the Dhikala Chaur (Grasslands) to observe the varied bird and mammal species found in the area. Overnight at the Dhikala Forest Lodge.\
Morning after breakfast back to Corbett national park and continue your drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, rest of the day is free to explore the city or for individual activities.
Late night transfer to the airport for your departure flight for onward destination.
