Travel insurance is compulsory for all travellers when you travel with us. You are wholly responsible for arranging your own insurance. For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but before the services starts. Based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service, Company hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment,
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas Eve & New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance to hold the booking.

Can I change or cancel my Wildlife Safari?
All the safaris to national park / Wildlife sanctuaries which are already booked are non-refundable. Even date change request can be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded / adjusted against it.
Can I get refund for unused services?
If the tour or any part of the services cannot be conducted due technical fault or Natural disasters, Road blockage, Strike and Land slide, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. However, Visits of India gives the refund based on following factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
No refund is possible if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc. due to any reason whatsoever.
