Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi (Old Delhi Street Food Tour)
Today we will go to Old Delhi to visit Jama Mosque – the largest Mosque in India and the Red Fort (from outside) – Once the most opulent fort and palace of the Mughal Empire. This full day tour include visit to Khari baoli market to taste some of the finest street food and restaurants. Have a close look at Narrow bustling streets on foot or cycle rickshaw and stop on some popular local snacks shops.
Evening enjoy dinner at local Indian restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi (Old Delhi Street Food Tour)
Today we will go to Old Delhi again to know more about spices, nuts & herbs in Asia’s largest wholesale spice market. We will also do a cooking class session where full briefing will be given about how to choose right spices and amount to be added in dishes. Here we will learn about Indian street food snacks such as samosas, Aloo kachori, Pakora and list goes on…
Return to the hotel for relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.
